Tidy Terms of Service

These terms describe the ground rules for using Tidy. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and to keep your account credentials secure.

What Tidy provides

Tidy is a productivity service for organizing email, calendars, notes, tasks, contacts, files, and planning workflows. Features may include AI-assisted organization, summaries, reminders, and search.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.

Your data

You retain ownership of the content you bring into Tidy. You grant Tidy permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service for your account.

AI assistance

Tidy may use AI to help interpret messages, extract tasks, summarize information, and suggest next steps. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tidy for illegal activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
Do not use the service to harass, exploit, or harm others.

Service changes

Tidy is actively evolving. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops. If a material change affects your rights or obligations, we will communicate it plainly.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated account data through the app or by following the instructions at tidy.engineering/account-deletion.
