Privacy Policy

Tidy Privacy Policy

Tidy is built to organize private work and family life without turning that data into an advertising product. Your data belongs to you.

What Tidy processes

Tidy may process email, calendar data, notes, tasks, files, contacts, messages, and related metadata that you choose to connect, import, or create in the service. We use that data to provide the product: organizing information, creating reminders, helping with planning, and improving your own workspace.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not sell children's data.
  • We do not use your private content to train public AI models.
  • We do not share your private workspace content with advertisers or data brokers.

AI processing

Tidy uses AI to organize and summarize information you provide to the service. Some features may use secure server-side processing, and some features may run on your device. We design these systems so your content is used to serve your account, not to build advertising profiles.

Support access

If you request support, we may ask you to authorize temporary access needed to diagnose the issue. Support access is limited to the purpose of helping resolve the problem.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and operational controls intended to protect account data. No service can guarantee perfect security, but Tidy is designed around minimizing unnecessary access to private content.

Account deletion

You can request account and data deletion from the app or through the instructions at tidy.engineering/account-deletion.
